YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You act as the Controlling business partner for Brand Marketing, responsible for FP&A, spend approvals, and measuring marketing output and efficiency
You drive profitability in our indirect and partner sales channels by analyzing performance at both partner and product level to support business steering and negotiations
You support the commercial steering of our entire retail business, tracking performance, identifying shortfalls, and helping deliver profitable growth
You collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders including Brand Marketing, Online & Performance Marketing, Travel & Partner Sales, Group Controlling, and Pricing
You build and maintain reporting frameworks that provide clear, actionable insights into marketing ROI, customer acquisition, and channel performance
You contribute to strategic projects and business cases, translating complex data into clear recommendations for senior management
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
Experience You bring several years of experience in Controlling for Marketing, Brand, Online Sales, or eCommerce environments
Analytical mindset You have a strong analytical approach and enjoy working on conceptual tasks to solve complex business challenges
Resilience You are results-oriented, resilient, and flexible with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and interfaces effectively
Technical skills You can write SQL queries proficiently, preferably using AWS and Athena, and are comfortable working with large datasets
Communication You are fluent in English and communicate confidently across both technical and business-oriented audiences
Team spirit You are a collaborative team player with a service-oriented attitude who thrives in a dynamic, international environment
