We are recruiting for two permanent opportunities within the Nuclear Skills Alliance (NSA): an EPR Operations Instructor and an EPR Fuel Route Operations Instructor.

The EPR Operations Instructor focuses on building operator competence in the control room environment. You’ll deliver training on European Pressurised Reactor systems and support colleagues as they grow their operational understanding.The EPR Fuel Route Operations Instructor specialises in the fuel route area. You’ll train colleagues in procedures that support safe fuel movement, storage and handling, helping to build confidence in this critical part of the station’s operation.As an EPR Operations Instructor, you’ll support the transition towards An Electric Britain by training the people who will operate Hinkley Point C.
Working full time on site at #HPC, you’ll be part of a friendly and knowledgeable team. You’ll deliver training in classroom and simulator facilities, helping colleagues develop confidence in real‑world scenarios. Being on site means you’ll stay closely connected with the project and those you support.
