About this role

Reporting to the Director of Solid tumors Gyn Onc, International Marketing, this position supports the development and execution of the marketing strategies and tactics at the International, Areas, and Country-Affiliate level.

The position involves heavy collaboration within a matrixed team, including but not limited to: market access, medical affairs, finance, regulatory, legal, supply operations, health economics, clinical development, R&D, public affairs, medical and regulatory review, patient relations, business insights, OEC, and sales training.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Brand story creation using clinical evidence to formulate differentiating messaging with the x functional team with external customer validationDesign simple, segment-specific messaging to enhance engagement and impact based on brand story (also Patient profiles content creation based on brand plan)Monitor message effectiveness through market research to refine and adapt the differentiation strategy as needed.Develop and distribute response handling materials to address competitor messaging and ensure effective roll-out to affiliates.Track affiliate pull through and adherence to global differentiation strategyBranded campaign creation and refinement thru market researchCo create Account management solutions to affiliatesAbbVie strong congress presence : Ensure a robust presence at major conferences and Differentiate company assets from competitors using elements like booths and banners.Monitors and leads International marketing programs and activities within budgeted constraints while understanding the fundamental aspects of financial performanceContinually evaluates and applies knowledge of the effectiveness (share impact/ROI) and efficiency (expense control) of promotional tacticsEnsures that regulatory and compliance guidelines are followed Basic:

Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environmentThis position requires strong leadership competencies, specifically in terms of influence management, effectively gaining consensus for new approaches, leading through ambiguity and effectively handling multiple partnersProven expertise in interpersonal change management & culture change strongly preferredStrong business writing and oral communication skills with experience in presentation development are requiredOutstanding social skills with emphasis on leadership, relationship development and influence skillsStrong attention to detail - ensures accuracy of communicationsSkilled at planning, project management, time management, communicating, decision-making, organizational relationsAchieve results through people (matrix organization)Ability to engage with and motivate Area and Affiliate Brand Team leadersWillingness to travel at least 15%Qualifications:

Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting Pharmaceutical ProductsExperience and proven track record in Onco-hematology. 3-5 years of oncology experience is desiredMultiple experiences within commercial pharmaceutical roles (Brand, Market Access, Sales, BD, NPD)Understanding of attributes of other functional areas and impact of relevant decisionsKnowledge of marketing concepts within strategic planning processExperience and ability to demonstrate financial planning and analysis skillsExperience in product launches on an International level

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this postingbased on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more orless than the posted range.
