This is one of the most specialized sectors within the HVAC market. The sales team invests significant time and resources in developing and presenting technical and commercial proposals, so this role provides engineering support for the development, specification, and execution of HVAC projects. What will you do? • Assist in the development of the business plan for the category by executing specific strategies and action plans for Mexico. • Coordinate product planning with Product Divisions and cross-functional teams, identifying opportunities for new product development and defining product positioning. • Support Key Account Management and the Sales team in product commercialization, while collaborating on channel strategies and new product launches. • Serve current and prospective customers by providing technical support and timely follow-up to their requirements. • Prepare and validate product selections for contractors based on the product portfolio, considering project requirements and business opportunities. • Deliver basic product presentations, provide initial technical support, and coordinate with Product Managers to ensure accurate technical information. • Coordinate with the Product Manager to ensure proper project specifications and maintain accurate records in the Job Tracking system. • Develop strong business relationships with contractors, engineering firms, and HVAC consultants. • Follow up on assigned project forecasts on a weekly and monthly basis. • Comply with company policies, Human Resources regulations, and the organization's Code of Ethics. • Travel as required (approximately 1–2 trips per month) What are we looking for? • Experience working with engineering firms. • 5–8 years of experience in HVAC engineering or related fields. • Mandatory experience in the air conditioning industry, including chillers, centrifugal systems, chilled water systems, and packaged units. • Bachelor's degree completed. • English level B2 or above. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results. • Strong analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. • Availability to travel as required. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
