Clemens Food Group is looking for a Fresh Pork Boning Supervisor who is responsible for leading daily production activities within the Fresh Pork Boning department. This role supervises hourly team members assigned to rib lines, tenderloin operations, trimming stations, boning tables, conveyor lines, and related pork fabrication areas. Product scope may include St. Louis-style ribs, regular ribs/spareribs, tenderloins, rib tips, boneless trim, and other small-piece pork items produced by the facility.
