GO-AI is a technology enablement organization that accelerates the development and enhances the performance of AI-based robotic and automation solutions for Amazon Robotics (AR) and key Worldwide Operations programs. We combine human expertise with machine learning to produce high-quality training data, validate model outputs, and continuously improve AI system performance across many annotation programs and a large global workforce. This Senior Manager, Technical Product Management will lead central operations functions within GO-AI, including quality assurance, labor planning and capacity management, and people development initiatives (upskilling, learning programs, career progression). You will own the strategy for GO-AI operations capabilities and evolution, translating demand signals into production-ready capacity plans and converting program-specific operational patterns into scalable, repeatable processes. You will drive operational efficiency initiatives, evaluate and adopt tools to improve workforce planning and utilization, and lead AI-enabled process improvement across the organization. As GO-AI evolves from a labor-led service to a tech-enabled operation, this role will ensure the operational foundation, including workforce readiness, quality standards, and capacity planning, adapts in step with that transformation. Key job responsibilities - Define and execute the strategy for GO-AI's central operations capabilities, ensuring quality, capacity, and people development functions operate as a unified, scalable system - Deliver annual operational efficiency targets through kaizen, process automation, and workforce utilization improvements - Translate variable customer demand into reliable capacity plans that balance cost, quality, and delivery speed - Convert program-specific operational patterns into standardized service offerings that scale across the portfolio - Own the associate lifecycle from onboarding through upskilling, ensuring workforce readiness keeps pace with new program launches and evolving AI model requirements - Lead tool strategy for workforce planning and capacity management, driving adoption of platforms that replace manual processes - Represent operations in cross-functional forums with engineering, science, and product leadership - Lead and develop a geographically distributed team across the United States, India, and Costa Rica, ensuring alignment and operational consistency across time zones
