About this role
This role will lead a team of hourly employees in the Regional Fulfillment Center to ensure the operational activities are met or exceeded. Their main focus will be to hire, engage and develop a highly effective hourly workforce that will consistently achieve the desired results. This role reports to the Director - RFC Operations.
