Job Description:
SQL Developer with strong expertise in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries. The candidate will be responsible for performance tuning, database development, and ensuring efficient data retrieval to support business applications and reporting needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, write, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.
• Perform query optimization and performance tuning.
• Analyze and improve slow-running queries and execution plans.
• Design and implement efficient database structures and indexing strategies.
• Work closely with application and data teams to understand data requirements.
• Troubleshoot data-related performance issues.
• Support ETL processes and data transformations (if applicable).
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security.
• Document database designs, logic, and optimization techniques.
Required Skills:
• Strong expertise in SQL (Oracle / SQL Server).
• Hands-on experience in:
• Complex joins, subqueries, and CTEs.
• Window functions (ROW_NUMBER, RANK, etc.).
• Stored procedures and triggers.
• Experience in query optimization and performance tuning.
