Motorcoach Driver Both Full-Time and Part-Time Openings SOUTHLAND Transportation is currently seeking Motorcoach Drivers to join our team in Humboldt. Available work includes transporting workers to and from the BHP Site in Lanigan and various charters throughout the province (school field trips, hockey teams, etc.). Motorcoach Drivers are responsible for safely transporting clients and providing superior customer service. Effective communication skills, patience, and superior navigation skills are all attributes that will help you succeed in this role. Full-Time: 32-40 hours per week, worked as a split-shift from 5:00 am 9:00 am and 3:30 pm - 7:30 pm; Monday to Thursday with the occasional Friday Part-Time: 20+ hours per week; shifts can include days, evenings, weekends, and overnights Wage: $28.00 per hour Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Operate various charters throughout the provinceDrive safely and responsibly; be prepared for all road conditionsEnsure compliance with Hours of ServicePre-and-post trip checks, fueling of the coachComplete all applicable paperwork Knowledge and Skills Required: Class 1A or 2A drivers licensePrevious motorcoach experience preferredPrevious customer service experienceOrganized, punctual, and reliableTeam player with a positive attitudeCalm, pleasant, and helpful mannerExcellent driving skills and habitsSuperior map reading and navigation skillsCommitment to excellence in customer service
