The roles and responsibilities include working in concert with call-evaluators and communication deployment specialists, while working within the EMD scope of practice. This employee will provide IFT processing, emergency medical dispatching, pre-arrival instructions and deployment of emergency vehicles in emergent and non-emergent situations.
