*As a Software Engineer, you will:*
· Design, implement, and improve features for our proprietary Python-based EDA framework for mixed-signal IC design, applying strong software architecture and engineering practices, and working in conjunction with a wide range of open-source frameworks and commercial EDA software
· Develop and maintain robust software testing approaches
· Apply strong software engineering practices ? including modular architecture, API design, packaging, and release management ? to build a robust, maintainable Python codebase
· Contribute to continuous improvement of DevOps methodologies
· Get involved in other areas requiring software development skills, such as IT infrastructure and automated testing
*You may be a good fit if you have:*
· Strong software development skills combined with an interest to apply those skills to Electronic Design Automation for IC/microchip development
· Strong Python software engineering skills, including experience with software architecture, testing, packaging/distribution, and API design
· The desire to work with a talented, passionate, and experienced team
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills
· Familiarity with mixed-signal circuit design concepts (e.g., SPICE simulation, netlists, PDKs) or EDA tool suites such as Cadence, Synopsys, Siemens/Mentor is a plus
· Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn) and applied experience with large language models ? including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or agentic workflows ? is a plus

Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
