Overview Cozy Nest Care Home Inc. is seeking compassionate and reliable Continuing Care Assistants (CCAs) to join our team. This position is for permanent night shifts (11:00 PM to 7:30 AM), including weekends, and applicants must reside in or around the Saskatoon area. Duties and Responsibilities-Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral hygiene.-Assist residents with mobility, transfers, positioning, and safe lifting.-Assist with meals, feeding, and hydration.-Observe, document, and report changes in residents' condition.-Maintain accurate care documentation.-Support residents' emotional, social, and recreational well-being.-Follow infection prevention, safety, and workplace policies.-Maintain resident privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.-Collaborate with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team.-Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications:-Continuing Care Assistant (CCA) certificate or equivalent recognized healthcare training.-CPR/First Aid certification is an asset.-Previous long-term care or personal care experience is required.-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.-Compassionate, dependable, and committed to quality resident care.-Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search required.-Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
