* Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience. * Employee Central Certification is a must. * Minimum of 3 years working experience of SAP experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Core, Global benefits, Intelligent services, and knowledge in integrations with other 3rd Party tools and SAP HCM * Minimum 1 End-to-end implementation experience in SF Employee Central with Benefits and experience in SAP HCM * Excellent verbal and communication skills. * Excellent client service skills * Highly organized, able to multi-task and meet deadlines. * Understanding of business processes related to Core HR. * Able to travel to client sites within Canada. * Good to know the additional SuccessFactors modules.
