About this role
We're a growing residential and commercial painting company in Chilliwack, hiring experienced painters to join a crew that takes the work seriously and gets paid for it.
This is full-time, year-round work across Chilliwack, Abbotsford, and the broader Fraser Valley. We run a mix of repaints, new construction, and commercial jobs, so you'll never be stuck doing the same beige hallway for six months.
*What you'll do*
* Interior and exterior residential repaints (our bread and butter) * New construction work on builder accounts * Occasional commercial and strata projects * Full scope: prep, masking, caulking, priming, rolling, cutting, spraying * Work solo on smaller jobs or as part of a crew on bigger ones * Take ownership of your sites: clean setup, clean work, clean breakdown
*What you make*
* $25 to $30/hour to start, based on experience * Raises tied to performance reviews, not seniority * Paid twice per month, on time, every time * Year-round work, not seasonal layoffs * Real path into lead hand and foreman roles as we grow
*Who we're looking for*
* 2+ years of residential or commercial painting experience * Solid on the fundamentals: prep, cutting, rolling, masking * Comfortable on ladders up to 30 feet * Bonus if you can spray (HVLP or airless) or want to learn * Reliable transportation to job sites across the Fraser Valley * Shows up on time, every time, ready to work * Cleans up as you go, treats client homes with respect * Takes feedback well and wants to get better at the craft

* All major tools, sprayers, ladders, drop sheets, and material * Branded company shirts and sweaters * Job-site coffee runs occasionally (we're not animals) * A foreman or lead hand on every job to back you up * A Red Seal Journeyman foreman who knows what good work looks like

* Brushes * Paint pants (preferably painters whites) * Reliable transportation to job sites * Hard hat, steel toes, and safety vests when working on New construction sites
