Paradyme Painting LTD. is seeking an experienced painter to join our team. We specialize in high-quality residential and commercial painting projects with a strong focus on craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail.
*Position Overview*
We are looking for a reliable, motivated painter with solid experience in residential and/or commercial painting. The ideal candidate takes pride in clean, high-end work, works efficiently, and communicates well.
*Responsibilities*
* Interior and exterior painting * Surface preparation including sanding, filling, masking, and caulking * Spraying, rolling, and brush application * Maintaining clean and organized job sites * Working quickly and efficiently * Working safely on ladders and lifts * Communicating professionally with team members and other trades * Completing projects to a high standard and within deadlines
*Requirements*
* Previous professional painting experience preferred * Ability to follow directions and think proactively * Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Reliable transportation * Positive attitude and strong work ethic * Comfortable working at heights when required
