*Responsibilities*
* Prepare and assemble menu items according to established recipes and quality standards * Assist with food preparation, including chopping, mixing, and portioning ingredients * Ensure all food handling procedures adhere to food safety regulations and sanitation standards * Maintain cleanliness of workstations, kitchen equipment, and storage areas throughout shifts * Support the serving team by delivering prepared dishes promptly and accurately * Follow proper food storage protocols to prevent contamination and spoilage * Assist in inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying management of stock needs * Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all staff
*Skills*
* Previous experience in cooking or restaurant operations is preferred but not required; training will be provided * Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety standards * Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene * Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team * Experience with food handling, meal preparation, and food service operations is advantageous * Passion for the food industry with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
