*Summary*
We are seeking applicants for the role of Warehouse Associate to join our team in Concord, Vaughan. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, contributing directly to our mission of delivering top-quality automotive parts to our customers.
*Responsibilities*
* Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. * Ensure products are handled safely and efficiently to minimize damage and delays. * Assist in inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels. * Receive and audit shipments to ensure inventory correctness. * Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe work environment. * Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and regulatory requirements.
*Qualifications*
Must-have:
* Clean driver's license * Ability to lift and move objects with an average weight of 30 lbs regularly and occasionally heavier items with assistance. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Basic math skills for inventory and order accuracy. * Strong sense of responsibility and a good work ethic. * Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing for extended periods.
Nice-to-have:
* Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar role. * Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse settings. * Effective communication skills for team collaboration and problem-solving. * G license to drive company vehicles for deliveries.
