About the Role We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Behaviour Interventionist to join our team. The BI will work directly with children and youth with developmental and behavioural needs, implementing individualized behaviour plans designed by a Behaviour Therapist.Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 behaviour support in home, school, or community settings Implement individualized plans Teach communication, social, play, academic, and life skills Collect and record data during sessions accurately and consistently Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training Communicate effectively with families and supervisors Maintain a professional, positive, and client-centred approachQualifications Experience working with neurodivergent children and teenagers Background in psychology, education, child development, or related field (asset) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to follow structured programs and take direction Comfortable working in various environments (home, school, community) Must pass a criminal record check Valid CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)What We Offer Competitive pay Supportive, collaborative work environment Ongoing supervision and support from experienced clinicians Flexible scheduling Health benefits (if applicable) Opportunities for growth into senior BI or therapist rolesContact: [email protected]
