Bourgault Industries is seeking a Journeyperson Millwright/Industrial Mechanic or Electrician to join our Maintenance team. This role is responsible for maintaining and repairing facilities and production equipment through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and equipment overhauls. Responsibilities- Maintain and repair buildings, equipment, and grounds.-Perform preventative maintenance to maximize reliability and uptime.-Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues.-Complete maintenance work efficiently with minimal disruption.-Coordinate with teams and suppliers to source parts and solutions.-Document equipment issues and recommend improvements.-Identify and address potential equipment concerns before failures occur.-Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Skills/Qualifications-Journeyperson Millwright/Industrial Mechanic or Electrician certification.-Strong knowledge of fabrication equipment including welders, presses, saws, paint lines, lasers, conveyors, CNC equipment, and forklifts.-Strong electrical and electronics knowledge.-Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.-Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.-Strong organizational skills and a positive attitude.-Flexible and adaptable to a variety of tasks.
