*Title:* Inventory Control Clerk
Continual Energy Inc. deploys cutting-edge, specialized energy solutions for buildings. We are currently looking for an Inventory Controller to manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring smooth operations.
*Core Responsibilities:*
*Inventory Management *
* Track, record, and update inventory levels in the system. * Ensure stock accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts.
*Receiving & Dispatch *
* Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders. * Label and organize items in storage areas. * Prepare and document outgoing shipments.
*Data Entry & Documentation *
* Maintain detailed records of stock movements. * Generate inventory reports for management.
*Quality Control *
* Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies. * Report issues to procurement.
*Coordination *
* Communicate with procurement, shipping, and Production teams. * Assist in resolving stock shortages or overages.
*Skills Required:*
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Forklift license or willing to learn
*Qualifications and Education Required:*
* High school diploma or GED required. * Minimum 2 - 3 years in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics.
*Compensation:*
* Salary range $22.00-26.00 dependent upon experience and qualifications. * Three (3) weeks of vacation. * Ten (10) paid days off (sick days). * Health benefits package after ninety (90) day probationary period, includes dental and vision. * Retirement savings plan after 2 years of continuous employment. * Access to company vehicle for deliveries and pickups. * Potential for tuition reimbursement.
*Schedule:*
* Typical work week is Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. * Occasional overtime or after-hours/weekend work required.

* Applicants must be authorized to work in Canada. * Applications must have a valid driver?s license with clean driving record. * Capable of passing an Ontario Contractor Security Screening Check (no criminal record). * AI is not utilized for the recruitment or selection process.
Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
