About this role
This position is responsible for coordinating, presenting, and facilitating training for organizations and corporations in the community with the intention of creating more inclusive and safe workplaces by building anti-racism, DEI and intercultural competencies. This position will also work to empower SIA clients to become active contributors in the broader community through enhancing their sense of belonging and providing them with capacity building learning opportunities through workshops and events.
