*Position Overview* We are seeking a skilled *Bartender / Mixologist* to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cocktail creation, bar operations, and guest service. Bonus points for experience in Italian fine dining or cocktail-focused venues, with knowledge of Italian spirits, liqueurs, and cocktail traditions.
*Responsibilities*
* Craft and serve classic cocktails, Italian aperitifs, and signature creations. * Provide engaging and professional bar service, ensuring each guest receives a memorable experience. * Maintain bar organization, cleanliness, and stock levels. * Collaborate with the culinary and management team on cocktail pairings and seasonal menu development. * Uphold all service standards, health, and safety regulations. * Support wine and beverage service when needed.
*Qualifications*
* Minimum 3-5 years bartending experience (fine dining or upscale cocktail bar preferred). * Strong mixology knowledge, with creativity in cocktail development. * Familiarity with Italian spirits, aperitifs, and cocktail culture (Negroni, Garibaldi, etc.) is an asset. * Excellent communication and guest service skills. * Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, high-standard environment. * Smart Serve (or equivalent) certification required.
