*J. Gordon Services Ltd* is hiring *Equipment Operators and General Labourers* to join our growing team. The ideal candidates are hardworking, reliable, and safety-minded. You?ll be working on a variety of construction or site-related projects, performing equipment operation and manual labour duties as needed.
*1. Equipment Operators*
*Responsibilities:*
* Safely operate heavy equipment (e.g., excavators, skid steers, loaders, dozers, etc.) * Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance * Work with site supervisors to execute tasks efficiently and safely * Assist with labour tasks when equipment is not in use
*Requirements:*
* Valid operator certification or licenses * Minimum [X] years of equipment operating experience (preferred) * Strong knowledge of safety protocols * Clean driving record (if applicable)

*2. General Labourers*
*Responsibilities:*
* Assist with site prep, clean-up, and material handling * Use hand and power tools as required * Support skilled trades and equipment operators * Follow safety guidelines and site instructions
*Requirements:*
* Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs * Steel-toe boots and appropriate workwear required * Reliable transportation to job site * Experience is an asset but not required
