About this role
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work site environment: Noisy. Work setting: Various locations. Tasks: Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine work requirements. Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials. Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware. Supervise other workers. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Support for newcomers and refugees: Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees . Support for youths: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth. Supports for visible minorities: Provides diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities.
