Education: Bachelor's degree. Tasks: Advise clients on architectural reports and findings. Consult clients to prepare contracts and project specifications . Coordinate construction activities to ensure compliance with established building specifications. Plan and control budget and expenditures. Plan and organize daily operations. Present and explain proposals to clients. Review project plans to approve or recommend design changes. Establish and implement policies and procedures. Hire, train, direct and motivate staff.
