Then join our team because: we can achieve more together!</p> </div><p>Let's create impact beyond tomorrow <strong> What awaits you</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc"> <li>Manage strategic projects in collaboration with the local LCS team offering solutions according to local requirements and budget control. </li> <li>Responsible for MEA IOS budget planning and business responsibility for IOS LCS.</li> <li>Coordinate the annual P&L planning including the operating performance and volume planning. </li> <li>Lead and drive digitalization initiatives, including the development and optimization of e-business solutions and the establishment and management of a digital service centre to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.</li> <li>Define and optimize the product structure in regard to the present and future value-added processes. </li> <li>Produce concepts for maintenance contracts, spare parts and sets including calculations and quotations to customers. </li> <li>Lead and develop the LCS department of the region in line with the Krones AG guidelines and regional strategy.</li> <li>Manage the revenue and profit and loss account of the department.</li> <li>Provide support to the regional management and subsidiaries with respect to the setup and expansion of LCS related activities. </li> <li>Collaborate with subsidiary and global LCS department to ensure alignment and IOS regions.</li> <li>Identify the regional business strategy and make business decisions for the IOS Region, including resource allocation and investment decisions within the framework of corporate guidelines.</li> <li>Drive the profitable expansion and utilization of LCS activities in the region, including decisions regarding the deployment of installation resources across countries.</li> <li>Develop and implement competitive LCS structures to ensure long-term sustainability and market relevance.</li> </ul> <p>Your Profile <strong>You contribute</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc"> <li>Master Degree in Engineering</li> <li>Project management or equivalent; PMP certification preferred</li> <li>Proven working experience of more than 10 years in Project Management and Engineering</li> <li>Driving technical innovation</li> <li>Ensuring operational excellence</li> <li>Excellent client-facing and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Delivering scalable solutons that meet customer requirements.</li> <li>Has business acumen</li> <li>Has stakeholder and risk management</li> <li>Shows collaboration and innovative thinking</li> <li>Willingness to travel</li> </ul><div id="templateFooterInternal"> <div class="headline-container">Your application <strong>Interested?
