Then join our team because: we can achieve more together!</p> </div><p>Let's create impact beyond tomorrow <strong>What awaits you</strong></p> <p>Your Role and Responsibilities</p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>In this role, you will be responsible for managing service projects from post-delivery until final acceptance and handover to the customer. You will ensure smooth execution of installation, commissioning and project closure phases in alignment with Krones standards and customer expectations. </li> </ul> <p>You will be accountable for</p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Planning and coordinating installation activities after machine delivery, including tendering and contractor selection processes</li> <li>Preparing and maintaining detailled project schedules, ensuring timely execution of all milestones</li> <li>Tracking on-site installation works and ensuring compliance with project scope, safety and quality standards</li> <li>Organizing and leading project kick-off meetings with customers to align on scope, responsibilities and readiness</li> <li>Coordinating commissioning activities and following up technical progress until final acceptance</li> <li>Managing technical issues during installationsand commissioning by coordinating with headquarters (Germany) and relevant stakeholders</li> <li>Handling cusomter-related challenges onsite and ensuring effective communication and resolution</li> <li>Organizing and coordinating OEM technicians and service resources throughout the project lifecycle</li> <li>Monitoring project progress, identifying risks and taking proactive corrective actions</li> <li>Ensuring proper project documentation, reporting and successful handover to the customer </li> <li>Supporting continous improvement of servie project execution processes</li> </ul> <p>Your Profile <strong>You contribute</strong></p> <p>Qualification for the role</p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering , Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics or a related filed</li> <li>Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in project/site/team management, preferably in industrial machinery, FMCG or bottling/packaging industry</li> <li>Advanced level of English (both written and spoken), Turkish is a must</li> <li>Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills</li> <li>Good planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel</li> <li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including cusotmer interaction</li> <li>Proactive, solution oriented and hands-on approach</li> <li>Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Excel, etc.) is a plus</li> <li>Willingness to travel frequently.
