Then join our team because: we can achieve more together!</p> </div><p>Let's create impact beyond tomorrow <strong>What awaits you</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assume the role as key HR partner for assigned APAC subsidiaries (Cambodia & other entities as needed)</li> <li>Deliver high-quality HR services across the employee lifecycle within the APAC Shared Services model</li> <li>Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate management, and onboarding</li> <li>Coordinate and process payroll and time/leave management in compliance with local requirements</li> <li>Advise local management and employees on HR policies, processes, and labor law</li> <li>Maintain and update local HR policies in alignment with regulatory and corporate standards</li> <li>Own compensation, benefits, budgeting, and workforce planning in line with regional standards</li> <li>Identify training needs and contribute to local and regional learning & development initiatives</li> <li>Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation, including employee certificates</li> <li>Coordinate visa, work permit and insurance processes with office managers and external stakeholders</li> <li>Support Regional HR processes (e.g., talent reviews, Global mobility, KPI reporting, learning administration)</li> <li>Support HR digitalization initiatives, system implementation, and process standardization and other regional HR projects as needed</li> <li>Collaborate with local HR teams across countries to strengthen capabilities and align processes with regional / global standards</li> </ul> <p>Your Profile <strong>You contribute</strong></p> <ul> <li>Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field</li> <li>3-5 years of HR generalist experience, ideally in a regional/shared services setup</li> <li>Knowledge of APAC labor laws (Cambodia strongly preferred)</li> <li>Strong stakeholder management and advisory capability</li> <li>Structured, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset</li> <li>Experience with HR systems and reporting tools (Success Factors, Power BI)</li> <li>Fluent English; additional APAC languages are a plus</li> </ul><div id="templateFooterExternal"> <div class="headline-container">Your application <strong>Interested?
