<p><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">We are a developer, investor, and operator of power generation and desalinated water plants, with 90 assets in operation, construction, or advanced development across 13 countries.</span></span></p> <p>Job Summary<br>Is responsible for managing payroll operations and supporting global mobility administration to ensure accurate, compliant, and<br>efficient employee services. This role partners closely with internal HR teams, Finance, external payroll vendors, and mobility service<br>providers to support expatriate management, payroll processing, compliance, and HR operational excellence.<br>JD:<br>Global Mobility Administration<br>• Support end-to-end global mobility processes including expatriate onboarding, assignment management, relocation<br>coordination, and repatriation.<br>• Coordinate with external mobility vendors, immigration agencies, and local HR teams to support visa, work permit, and<br>assignment-related processes.<br>• Administer expatriate compensation, allowances, and mobility-related benefits in accordance with company policies.<br>• Track assignment status, mobility documentation, and compliance requirements.<br>• Maintain accurate mobility records and employee data within HR systems.<br>Payroll Operations<br>• Support monthly payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate salary payments.<br>• Prepare and review payroll data including attendance, leave, allowances, deductions, and outstanding payments.<br>• Coordinate with payroll vendors and Finance teams to support smooth payroll operations.<br>• Ensure payroll activities comply with company policies and local regulations.<br>• Handle employee inquiries related to payroll and compensation matters.<br>Compliance &amp; Process Management<br>• Ensure payroll and mobility operations follow established SOPs, internal controls, and compliance requirements.<br>• Monitor regulatory changes related to payroll, taxation, immigration, and labor compliance.<br>• Support internal and external audits related to payroll and mobility administration.<br>• Identify opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiency improvements.<br>Person specification:<br>• 5–8 years of HR operations or HR generalist experience, preferably in multinational companies.<br>• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and mobility administration.<br>• Experience working with external payroll vendors and mobility service providers.<br>• High attention to detail and strong compliance awareness.</p><h2><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Committed to creating a culture that is as diverse AND vibrant as the markets we serve</span></span></h2>
