About this role

<div align="center"> </div> <p><strong>ROLE MAIN PURPOSE:</strong></p> <p>will be responsible to ensure the clarity, accuracy, and professionalism of written materials produced by the CEO&apos;s office. And for maintaining the CEO&apos;s communication standards and enhancing the effectiveness of written content and must possess excellent writing and editing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop, write, edit, and proofread a wide range of written materials, including speeches, presentations, memos, reports, articles, and other communication documents on behalf of the CEO and the CEO&apos;s office.</li> <li>Ensure that all written materials adhere to the organization&apos;s brand guidelines, tone, and messaging principles.</li> <li>Revise and enhance the clarity, coherence, and effectiveness of written content, ensuring proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling.</li> <li>Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather information and insights for content creation and refinement.</li> <li>Review and provide feedback on documents, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established guidelines.</li> <li>Verify facts, data, and references in written materials to ensure their reliability.</li> <li>Conduct thorough proofreading and editing to eliminate errors and improve readability.</li> <li>Maintain a consistent and high standard of quality for all written materials.</li> <li>Work closely with the CEO&apos;s office team, including executives, assistants, and other stakeholders, to gather information and coordinate content development and editing processes.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, public relations, and legal, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.</li> <li>Manage multiple writing and editing projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Educational Qualifications: </strong>Bachelor&apos;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.</p> <p><strong>Professional Experience: </strong>Minimum 3+ years’ experience in writing and editing for high-level support to executives, preferably in a similar organization with similar operations.</p>
