Use service insight to identify customer training and instrument service needs. Develop and provide customers with product training and technical support to improve the utilization and satisfaction of Mindray IVD products, such as installation training, regular customer visits, instrument maintenance, problem solving.<br>2. Provide technical training and development direction guidance for the service team of distributors and provide constructive suggestions for their development.<br>3. Assist distributors in Algeria and other surrounding countries to establish spare parts supply system & service product sales to achieve service revenue target in the region. </span></p> <p style="margin:0.0in;text-align:justify;background-color:white;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:SimSun"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;color:#3c3c3c;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">4. Assist the sales to make breakthrough in key hospitals of key instruments. Bachelor's Degree at least, major in engineering (bioengineering/Biomedical) or equivalent. Preferably specialized in biotechnology, biomedical equipment or equivalent.</span></p> <p style="margin:0.0in;text-align:justify;background-color:white;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:SimSun"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;color:#3c3c3c;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">2. At least 3 years of customer service-related experience in medical industry, preferably with a background in IVD service. Technically proficient in the troubleshooting, repair, and calibration of all medical products.</span></p> <p style="margin:0.0in;text-align:justify;background-color:white;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:SimSun"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;color:#3c3c3c;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">3. Strong coaching and leadership skills, ability to motivate internal employees and outside partners.</span></p> <p style="margin:0.0in;text-align:justify;background-color:white;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:SimSun"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;color:#3c3c3c;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">4.
