<p><em>Are you ready to play a key role in the digital transformation of one of Europe’s largest agricultural and energy groups?</em></p> <p> </p> <p>DLG is seeking an experienced <strong>Senior Cloud & Infrastructure Specialist</strong> to join our Server & Cloud team. Together with skilled colleagues, you will help drive, secure, and modernize the cloud and hybrid infrastructure that supports the entire DLG Group across countries and business units.</p> <p> </p> <p>You will be part of a team with strong technical competencies, a collaborative and direct culture, and a high degree of autonomy. Here, you will influence both day-to-day technical decisions and the long-term evolution of our cloud platforms. Continuous learning and professional development are integral to the role.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your Primary Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Develop, deploy, and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions in Azure.</li> <li>Identify, implement, and manage DevOps tools for automation, CI/CD, and process optimization.</li> <li>Configure, monitor, and secure cloud environments aligned with application needs and governance principles.</li> <li>Advise project teams on cloud architecture, cost estimation, and optimal environment design.</li> <li>Contribute to the operation and further development of our core infrastructure.</li> <li>Support automation initiatives and document new and existing solutions.</li> <li>Handle tickets and deliver advanced 2nd and 3rd level support.</li> <li>Ensure systems remain up to date through structured patching and lifecycle management.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>We Expect That You:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Possess broad IT knowledge and strong technical insight—preferably with a background such as IT systems technician, computer science degree, or similar.</li> <li>Have solid hands‑on experience with Azure and cloud‑native architectures.</li> <li>Feel comfortable being the specialist that project teams rely on during design and deployment phases.</li> <li>Bring an analytical mindset and strong communication skills that enable you to support and guide colleagues across the organization.</li> <li>Can independently manage tasks and projects while contributing to shared development activities.</li> <li>Have proven experience operating and migrating Windows and Linux servers in hybrid environments.</li> <li>Bring knowledge of cybersecurity and Identity & Access Management and can collaborate closely with our Security team.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p> <p>At DLG, you become part of an ambitious organization with a strong purpose.
