Profile Summary Supports the origination, execution and portfolio management of Real Estate Finance transactions across EMEA. The role is responsible for leading the execution of financing opportunities, managing internal and external stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle, and supporting the development of client relationships and business opportunities. Working closely with senior members of the team, the Vice President contributes to the successful delivery of the Real Estate Finance strategy and broader business objectives. including engagement with legal advisers, valuation providers, technical consultants and other external stakeholders </li> <li sans-serif">Support senior members of the team in strategic projects and broader business development activities </li> </ul> Qualifications, Skills, and Experience <ul> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:114%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">5+ years’ experience in commercial real estate finance</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:114%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"> Strong transaction execution experience across REF transactions, including credit analysis, due diligence, documentation review and internal approval processes</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:114%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Strong financial modelling, cashflow analysis and quantitative skills </li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:114%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Understanding of international real estate debt markets, syndicated loan markets and commercial real estate financing structures </li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:114%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Experience managing multiple transactions
