Nous sommes engagés en faveur de la diversité et ouverts à tous les talents.</p> <p><strong>HR Advisor: Bridgwater </strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> Hinkley Point C, Somerset, United Kingdom</p> <p><strong>Contract Type:</strong> International Volunteer Program (VIE) – 12 to 24 months</p> <p><strong>Entity:</strong> Bouygues UK</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>As part of the Hinkley Point C project, one of Europe&apos;s largest infrastructure and nuclear construction projects, Bouygues UK is looking for a motivated and proactive <strong>HR Advisor – Early Careers</strong> to support the Human Resources team.</p> <p> </p> <p>This position offers a unique opportunity to gain international HR experience within a multicultural and fast-paced environment, with significant exposure to operational teams and key stakeholders across the business.</p> <p> </p> <p>The role includes a significant administrative component, requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span style="text-decoration:underline"><strong>Key Reponsabilities</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Early Careers Management</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Support the recruitment and management of graduates, apprentices, interns and placement students.</p> </li> <li> <p>Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure a smooth employee experience for all Early Careers populations.</p> </li> <li> <p>Assist in the planning and implementation of Early Careers programmes and initiatives.</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintain relationships with universities, schools and external partners when required.</p> </li> </ul> <h3> </h3> <p><strong>HR Administration</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Manage and maintain employee records and HR databases.</p> </li> <li> <p>Prepare contracts, letters, amendments and other HR documentation.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company procedures and UK regulations.</p> </li> <li> <p>Produce HR reports, dashboards and key metrics.</p> </li> <li> <p>Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.</p> </li> </ul> <h3> </h3> <p><strong>Immigration and Visa Support</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Support international employees with visa and immigration processes.</p> </li> <li> <p>Liaise with external providers and internal stakeholders regarding work permits and right-to-work requirements.</p> </li> <li> <p>Monitor visa expiry dates and ensure compliance with UK immigration regulations.</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Audit and Compliance</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Support internal and external HR audits.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure personnel documentation is compliant and up to date.</p> </li> <li> <p>Contribute to process improvements and implementation of HR best practices.</p> </li> </ul> <h3> </h3> <p><strong>Stakeholder Management and Coordination</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Act as a key point of contact between HR and various operational departments.</p> </li> <li> <p>Work closely with managers and business teams to support workforce planning activities.</p> </li> <li> <p>Coordinate logistics related to onboarding and employee mobility where necessary.</p> </li> <li> <p>Support internal communication initiatives related to Early Careers programmes.</p> </li> </ul> <h2> </h2> <p><strong>Profile</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Master&apos;s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources.</p> </li> <li> <p>Previous experience in HR through internships, apprenticeships is highly desirable.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong interest in international HR environments and talent management.</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent organisational and administrative skills.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.</p> </li> <li> <p>Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.</p> </li> <li> <p>Fluent in English; French would be an advantage.</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Be part of one of the largest infrastructure projects in Europe.</p> </li> <li> <p>Gain valuable international HR experience within a leading construction group.</p> </li> <li> <p>Develop expertise in talent management, mobility and HR operations.</p> </li> <li> <p>Work in a dynamic, multicultural and collaborative environment.</p> </li> </ul>
