At Excelitas Technologies you are how we EXCEL. </span></span><br> </p> <p>Main responsibilities:</p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Operate and monitor Double Side 12B polishing machines according to work instructions and process specifications.</li> <li>Load/unload optical components, carriers, fixtures, and polishing consumables.</li> <li>Perform machine setup, polishing slurry preparation, and routine process adjustments.</li> <li>Conduct in-process inspection and measurements to ensure product quality requirements are met.</li> <li>Record production and quality data accurately.</li> <li>Troubleshoot minor machine and process issues; escalate abnormalities when required.</li> <li>Perform equipment cleaning, basic maintenance, and housekeeping activities.</li> <li>Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures.</li> <li>Support continuous improvement, yield enhancement, and productivity initiatives.</li> </ul> <p>Requirements. </p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>O-Level, NITEC / Higher NITEC or Diploma in Engineering Field.</li> <li>Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.</li> <li>Experience in polishing, lapping,or optics manufacturing is an advantage.</li> <li>Basic knowledge of quality inspection and measurement tools.</li> <li>Able to follow SOPs and work instructions.areness and attention to detail.</li> <li>Team player with good safety awareness.</li> <li>Flexible to work overtime as required. </li> <li>Must be able to work in rotating shift pattern or 12 hour shift. </li> <li>Proficiency in general Microsoft application including MS word and Excel.</li> </ul><p><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer <br> Minorities/Females/Disability/Gender Identity/Sexual Orientation </span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Excelitas is seeking leaders and innovators to join our global team!
