At Excelitas Technologies you are how we EXCEL.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">The Excelitas facility in Alzenau, Germany has key positions in Research &amp; Development, Engineering, Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, and other administrative functions. This facility specializes in the production of infrared emitters for industrial process technology, particularly for heat treatment and drying in a wide range of industries such as automotive, coating, plastics, textiles, food, printing, and glass. Additionally, this site houses a modern application competence center that conducts practical tests with customer materials and laboratory simulations of specific processes to determine the optimal process solution</span></p> <p> </p> <p> </p><p><strong>What you can expect:</strong></p> <ul> <li>You will assist with the implementation and further development of the existing SAP system, specifically CO master data.</li> <li>You will help set up and test a comprehensive reporting system.</li> <li>You will assist with performing budget vs. actual comparisons and variance analyses, such as cost center variances and production variances.</li> <li>You will contribute to the further development of existing controlling tools. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you bring:</strong></p> <ul> <li>A degree in business administration with a focus on controlling/finance and at least 3 years of professional experience in controlling</li> <li>Proficiency in common IT applications in finance and accounting, particularly MS Office and SAP</li> <li>A structured and results-oriented approach to work, as well as a high degree of initiative</li> <li>Ability to work in a team, proactivity, and personal responsibility</li> <li>Independent and conscientious work ethic</li> <li>Strong analytical skills</li> <li>Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing priorities</li> <li>High stress tolerance (especially when working under time pressure)</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Currently a one-year fixed-term position as part of the consolidation projects.</p><p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">We welcome suitable applications regardless of gender, cultural and social background, age, religion, ideology, disability or sexual identity. </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Excelitas is seeking leaders and innovators to join our global team! </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Visit: <a href="https://jobs.excelitas.com/">https://jobs.excelitas.com/</a></span></p>
