<p><strong>Job Purpose</strong></p> <p>Manage Export and Tax Refund operations in Vietnam, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, timely export activities, tax refund processing, export liquidation, and freight sourcing management.</p> <div align="center"><hr align="center" size="2" width="100%"></div> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>1. Handle Tax Refund Activities (30%)</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Calculate monthly tax refund amounts for finance accrual purposes.</li> <li>Prepare all relevant documents and supporting data for tax refund applications.</li> <li>Liaise with Customs Authorities and provide explanations during document reviews.</li> <li>Support and manage post-customs audits related to tax refund cases.</li> </ul> <p><strong>2. Manage Export Customs Declarations (25%)</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Arrange empty containers from port to warehouse based on awarded freight tenders.</li> <li>Coordinate with Logistics teams for finished goods loading and transportation back to port.</li> <li>Prepare shipping documents and work with customs brokers for export customs clearance.</li> <li>Prepare required documentation and coordinate with customs brokers for Certificate of Origin (CO) issuance.</li> <li>Process monthly payments for freight forwarders and customs brokers.</li> </ul> <p><strong>3. Manage Export Liquidation (25%)</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Conduct quarterly reviews of Import (E31) and Export (E62) data for liquidation purposes.</li> <li>Calculate actual average BOM for annual liquidation reports.</li> <li>Prepare liquidation reports in compliance with customs regulations.</li> </ul> <p><strong>4. Manage Freight RFQ Activities (15%)</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Coordinate with APEC SCM teams on freight sourcing activities.</li> <li>Handle spot sourcing requirements when necessary.</li> </ul> <p><strong>5.
