sans-serif">Develop and maintain planning inputs, assumptions, scenario models, KPI materials, investment prioritization analyses, forecasting and related planning processes.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Work with regional and functional teams to gather data, validate assumptions, reconcile inputs, sans-serif">Execute Corporate Planning initiatives, including process mapping, issue identification, timeline tracking, stakeholder follow-up, documentation and implementation support.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Conduct market, operational and financial analysis to support Hyundai and Genesis initiatives, competitive strategies and resource allocation efforts.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Manage multiple strategic workstreams by organizing project plans, tracking milestones, monitoring risks and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Serve as a liaison across functions and regions, including the U.S., Canada and Mexico, to gather inputs, resolve open items and maintain alignment.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Coordinate with stakeholders to prepare meeting materials, capture decisions, follow up on action items and support initiative execution.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Research and analyze automotive trends, emerging technologies, regulatory developments, consumer shifts and competitor activity.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Develop research summaries, competitive assessments, opportunity scans and risk analyses to support planning and investment decisions.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Develop executive-ready analyses, strategic presentations, business sans-serif">Independently explore strategic opportunities, manage resources, support partner outreach, develop proposals including timelines, budgets and KPIs, and manage multiple sans-serif">Must be a high school graduate.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Bachelor’s Degree required.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Master’s Degree a plus.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Eight or more years of OEM experience of which at least five years in a strategic or project management role desired.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Three or more years of experience in planning and implementing strategic initiatives and projects with outside partners is a plus.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong understanding of the Automotive industry and its inner workings (dealer relations, field responsibilities, corporate objectives, etc.).</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Field experience is preferred.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Three or more years of supervisory experience is preferred.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Excellent analytical skills - use both quantitative and qualitative data to create a broad, dynamic view of the market and synthesize the underlying insights of the data.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica,
