models, maintaining a thorough understanding of all features, variants, and quality requirements.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Analyze emerging quality concerns and report findings promptly to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Collaborate with model development teams, manufacturing plants, and Hyundai technical groups to address production quality concerns and support continuous improvement initiatives.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Lead vehicle launch quality activities, tracking technical issues through resolution and ensuring timely closure.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Establish and manage overall and component-level Acceptable Quality Levels (AQL) for assigned models.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Monitor vehicle performance against key quality metrics, including IQS, VDS, and CR, while developing action plans to address performance gaps and customer concerns.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Conduct technical evaluations, approvals, competitor benchmarking studies, and customer preference assessments for preproduction, production, and competitive vehicles.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Investigate technical issues and prepare Quality Information Reports (QIRs), ensuring effective follow-up on open issues.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Support Field Repair activities by developing Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs), technical support notes, campaigns, and related documentation.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Visit dealerships, ports, and manufacturing facilities to assess technical and service-related issues and evaluate corrective actions.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Attend Ride & Drive events, port audits, and plant visits for assigned models.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Evaluate, troubleshoot, and diagnose field failure parts while developing, validating, and implementing corrective measures.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Author technical documents, trip reports, QIRs, and TSBs using PowerPoint and similar
