This ambitious portfolio features seven large-scale, high-density data centers, anchored by a 500 MW British Columbia supercluster and a 300 MW flagship site in Regina, Saskatchewan </p> <p> </p> <p>As HSE Program Director, you will own the Health, Safety &amp; Environment program at the portfolio level—defining the HSE strategy, standards, and governance framework that every site inherits and executes against. You&apos;ll be the senior authority safeguarding the well-being of the workforce and Bell&apos;s regulatory standing across all builds, embedding a zero-incident culture, driving consistent safety and environmental performance, and maturing the HSE function as the program scales aggressively nationally. </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Key Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Own the enterprise HSE program strategy across the national data centre portfolio, establishing standardized health, safety, and environmental standards, policies, and playbooks. </li> <li>Define and govern the HSE management system, ensuring consistent, fleet-wide application of safety protocols, environmental controls, and regulatory compliance across all sites. </li> <li>Provide program-level oversight and governance to site-based HSE leaders and contractor safety teams, ensuring alignment to standards and shared lessons learned. </li> <li>Embed a zero-incident safety culture across the program, driving leadership engagement, worker education, and behavioral safety at every level . </li> <li>Establish program-wide HSE performance metrics, leading/lagging indicators, and reporting, providing roll-up visibility to Capital Programs and AI Fabric leadership. </li> <li>Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and jurisdictional occupational health &amp; safety and environmental regulations across sites in multiple provinces. </li> <li>Lead incident management, investigation, and root-cause analysis programs, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement fleet-wide. </li> <li>Define contractor and vendor HSE prequalification, onboarding, and audit standards, holding GC/EPC partners accountable to program safety expectations. </li> <li>Drive environmental stewardship and sustainability compliance across builds, including permitting, environmental impact, and site remediation requirements. </li> <li>Build, mentor, and scale the HSE program function as the national program grows. </li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Critical Qualifications</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>15+ years of HSE leadership on large-scale construction or capital programs, with direct experience on hyperscale, mission-critical, or major industrial builds (multi-site portfolios preferred) . </li> <li>Proven track record establishing HSE standards, management systems, and governance at a program or portfolio level—not just single-site safety management. </li> <li>Deep knowledge of Canadian occupational health &amp; safety and environmental regulations across multiple provincial jurisdictions. </li> <li>Demonstrated success embedding a zero-incident safety culture on complex, high-risk construction sites. </li> <li>Strong expertise in incident investigation, root-cause analysis, and corrective action program management. </li> <li>Experience defining contractor/vendor HSE prequalification, audit, and accountability frameworks. </li> <li>Command of HSE performance metrics, leading/lagging indicators, and executive-level reporting. </li> <li>Demonstrated ability to build and mature an HSE program function from a formative stage. </li> <li>Exceptional stakeholder management and executive presence, able to influence and challenge senior construction, engineering, and executive leaders. </li> <li>Professional HSE credentials (e.g., CRSP, CSP, NEBOSH) and a degree in Occupational Health &amp;
