helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant telecommunications experience.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">5+ years of experience in telecommunications, network operations, broadband services, or a Network Operations Centre (NOC) environment. </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">1-3 years of people leadership experience, including coaching, performance management, and team development, or demonstrated leadership in a senior technical/lead capacity. </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Strong understanding of broadband access technologies, including FTTH, GPON/XGS-PON, OLTs, and provisioning processes. </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Experience supporting network operations, service assurance, fault management, and outage response activities. </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Knowledge of incident management processes and the ability to coordinate resolution efforts during
