Works well with different levels of management and plant supervisors as well as employees.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What you will be doing</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Inspect all incoming material to ensure it is correct, defect and damage free</li> <li>Report all damaged or defective materials to Quality Manager</li> <li>Enter all receipts into ERP system</li> <li>Load and unload all materials</li> <li>Keep materials well organized</li> <li>Monitor stock levels and re-order via Kanban cards as needed</li> <li>Maintain excellent communication with other department members</li> <li>Record entry of Kanban activity into ERP system</li> <li>Pick up raw parts and restock raw parts shelving</li> <li>Perform daily cycle counts</li> <li>Some lifting required of up to 50 pounds</li> <li>Report on consumption activity levels</li> <li>Deliver and pick up materials sent to be anodized</li> <li>Operate hand trucks, forklifts and electric cart as needed</li> <li>Consistently work on process improvement</li> <li>Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations</li> <li>Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed</li> <li>Implement Kanban systems where needed</li> <li>Other duties as assigned</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>About you</b></H2> </div><div><p>Education: High School Diploma or GED</p> <p>Experience: Three years related experience preferred</p> <p>Skills/Abilities: Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with personnel in all departments.
