Technology, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:dimgray">A combination of financial Services, Wealth, Insurance, Contact Centre, Claims, or Operations experience</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:dimgray">5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Business Analysis, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Transformation roles</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:dimgray">Proven experience supporting a combination of business process redesign, technology/reporting implementations, automation initiatives, or operational transformation projects</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:dimgray">Demonstrated experience supporting AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:dimgray">Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives involving business and technology stakeholders</li> <li position to be located in the following head office locations: London, Toronto and Winnipeg. - The base salary for this position is between $53,900 - $99,700 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
