sans-serif">Working from blueprints, work orders, quality control test manuals, performance specifications, schematics to determine testing procedure and equipment to be used.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Calibrates test instruments according to specifications.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Analyzes test results related to the design and test objectives, modifies or adjusts equipment to meet specifications.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Records these test procedures and results, numerical and graphical data and recommendations for changes in product or test method.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Compares results with specifications and documents test data.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Assembles various quiet disc stacks.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Analyzes test results on defective units to determine cause of failure.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Verifies dimensions of mechanical parts using hand-held measuring equipment such as micrometers, indicators and depth mikes.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Knowledge of chem etching (markings), tube bending and how to clean parts in pre-clean.</li> <li spectrometer.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Confers with engineers, technicians, production personnel, quality control personnel and others regarding testing procedures and results to resolve problems.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Capable of operating airborne and structure borne noise measurement equipment.</li> </ul> <p style="margin:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"> </p> <p style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Working knowledge of standard test equipment i.e. data recorders, pressure transducers and gauges, flow measuring devices, environmental chambers, thermo-coupling, and helium leak detectors.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Proficiency in the use of MS software such as Word, Excel and Outlook.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Basic knowledge of plant operations and processes.</li> </ul> <p style="margin:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"> </p> <p style="margin:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><strong>EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:</strong> Two year certificate from college or technical school; with three (3) years of related experience and/or training; or a High School Diploma or GED Certificate and five (5) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.</p>
