You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of your client portfolio, ensuring Fleet Care Agreements are proactively managed and delivering positive outcomes for customers through effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration with subject matter experts.<br>In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Take ownership of your allocated client portfolio and build strong, trusted relationships</li> <li>Coordinate, schedule, and prioritise planned maintenance activities to ensure minimal disruption and maximum efficiency</li> <li>Negotiate and facilitate the best possible outcomes for customers and stakeholders</li> <li>Prepare and deliver customer reports in line with agreed service requirements</li> <li>Proactively manage and strengthen after-sales relationships, ensuring a positive customer experience and high levels of satisfaction</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Who You Are</strong><br>To be successful in this role, you will bring a customer-focused mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. You will ideally have:</p> <ul> <li>Proven experience engaging and managing a diverse range of stakeholders</li> <li>A strong ability to understand, balance, and meet stakeholder needs and expectations</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently</li> <li>Strong organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills</li> <li>An understanding of servicing and maintenance requirements within the automotive industry (preferred)</li> <li>Previous experience within the heavy vehicle, automotive, or a related industry (preferred)</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What We Can Offer You</strong><br>At Scania, we are committed to creating an environment where our people can thrive.
