You will play a key role in fostering a positive, structured and supportive environment that encourages both academic success and personal development.</span></span></p> <h5><span style="font-family:'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span>Profile and competences </span></span></h5> <ul> <li><span style="font-family:'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">An IB graduate, studying at University, EPFL or Haute Ecole, in Child & Adolescent Psychology, Sciences, Economics or Literature</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Ideally with prior experience working with teenagers, understanding their needs and interests</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">A native speaker in French or English with a good command of the other language.
