<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Summary</b></H2> </div><div><p>Reporting to the Head Chef and Sous Chef, we seek an exceptional and results driven individual to maintain a high standard of all food quality, preparation, service, kitchen safety and hygiene in his/ her respective kitchens according to the standards required by the Management.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Description</b></H2> </div><div><ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Deliver exceptional cuisine including maintaining consistency and the highest quality of food served in all kitchens.</li> <li>Ensure food standards, preparation, presentation and cooking techniques meet Brand Standard guidelines.</li> <li>Ensure the highest possible standard of hygiene and cleanliness is practiced and maintained within the kitchen and related outlets.</li> <li>Delegating duties to kitchen employees and also, supervising kitchen especially in the absence of Head Chef or Sous Chef.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with relevant Occupational Health and Safety procedures including knowledge of HACCP</li> <li>Work alongside Celebrity Chef consulting for our property and be willing to learn, grow and be part of a team.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Key Qualification</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>1–5+ years in professional kitchen</li> <li>Passion for delivering exceptional cuisine.</li> <li>Excellent communication and organisational skills </li> <li>Organisational ability including time management, task prioritisation and resource scheduling</li> </ul></div></div></div>
