<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Purpose</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Responsible for the effective support and control of all Engineering Planning activities on projects</li> <li>Updates and proposes Project objectives in terms of duration and resources</li> <li>Pilots the Project status and to ensure the forecast reliability</li> <li>Provides Support to Engineering teams for visual management and Obeya methodologies before and during project execution.</li> <li>Works to avoid disruptions in engineering execution by managing capacity constraints across the backlog and forecast demand, ensuring On Time Delivery to our internal/external customers.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Description</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Develops a Schedule compliant with the selected execution strategy</li> <li>Plans in order to mitigate risks and reduce costs</li> <li>Proposes the necessary resources (E-P-C-I)</li> <li>Updates and sets up the Planning & Scheduling system (methods, procedures, time-schedules, physical progress, dashboards, etc.)</li> <li>Proposes for the Management, the Proposal Manager and the Estimation Department a Contract duration realistic and feasible for execution</li> <li>Supports to define the Project Breakdown Structures</li> <li>Supports Client approval process of the Schedule Baseline, progress claimed or milestones achievement</li> <li>Increases Project team members’ awareness of the Project Milestones, main durations and critical paths</li> <li>Monitors and controls the project status, to detect any delay and to propose corrective actions</li> <li>Prepares/consolidates reports including consolidated E-Milestones, schedule analyses, project controls, and resource planning as required</li> <li>Provides Project Feedback and Lessons Learned in order to improve the Planning & Scheduling methods and provide input to the statistics of Planning Department</li> <li>Meets performance goals for team in line with the department's goals and TechnipFMC's strategic goals</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">You are meant for this job if:</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.</li> <li>1 to 4 years of experience in Engineering Planning, Project Scheduling, Project Planning or Operations </li> <li>Good knowledge of scheduling computer tools - Primavera P6 scheduling experience required</li> <li>Professional English</li> <li>Good knowledge of EPCI work processes and sequences</li> <li>Ability to identify deviations from standards</li> <li>Solid analytical and problem solving skills</li> <li>Accuracy and attention to details</li> <li>Able to present data and fact in a clear and consistent manner</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Skills</H2> </div><div><div>Capacity and Resource Planning</div><div>Microsoft Office</div><div>English</div><div>Adaptability</div><div>Project Schedule Management</div></div></div></div>
