<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Purpose</H2> </div><div><p>Defines and executes engineering solutions within Seal Technology team, and acts as a technical and technological referent, in accordance with TechnipFMC standards, procedures and processes, schedules and man hours, with a continuous concern for quality, targets, and customer satisfaction.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Description</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Works in a small team to develop new products and industrialize existing equipment for Seal Technology product line</li> <li>Defines the attributes, requirements, and specifications for new products</li> <li>Engages with the entire value stream to ensure effective cost, manufacturing, and operation</li> <li>Performs hand-calculations and FEA to support design work</li> <li>Presents to customers and multi-disciplined audiences</li> <li>Creates prototypes of new products throughout the design process and evolution</li> <li>Quickly identifies problems throughout execution.
