Role Overview We are seeking a Marketing Lead to own all marketing activities in Indonesia. You will build and execute a localised marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, user acquisition, and community engagement across one of the world's most dynamic digital economies.
Responsibilities • Develop and execute Indonesia's full-funnel marketing strategy (digital, community, influencer, PR, events). • Manage and grow Fasset's brand presence across Indonesian social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Telegram). • Lead influencer and KOL partnerships to drive authentic reach and user acquisition. • Collaborate with the global Performance Marketing and CRM teams to localise campaigns. • Plan and execute on-the-ground activations, sponsorships, and community events. • Track and report on key marketing KPIs; continuously optimise spend and channel mix.
Requirements • 4+ years of marketing experience with at least 2 years in a market-lead or senior marketing role. • Deep understanding of the Indonesian digital marketing landscape and consumer behaviour. • Experience with paid social, content marketing, influencer management, and events. • Strong data literacy; able to work with analytics tools and dashboards. • Native Bahasa Indonesia speaker with strong English proficiency.
Nice to Have • Experience in fintech, crypto, or financial services marketing in Indonesia. • Existing relationships with Indonesian crypto KOLs and media.
